stickin' it to the man...

Catching up with a few pictures. Saturday afternoon I made a pleasant effortless pass through the Park. Conditions were perfecto. 60's, light breeze, not overgrown yet & nobody in there?
ahhhh....
Sunday got involved in ToDR (tour of dirt roads) recon. Below: Sw72nd & Olive Creek, I think...
MC Craigio...
somewhere...
1921 railroad culvert...
says it all...
shoulder to shoulder baby...
A logical spot to dump trash is a dirt road in the country, right? This one had us wondering what was free until we found a second one just like it, "free drying". Laundromat trash...
Sprague...this town is super-close to Lincoln but doesn't get visited much. Sure we pass through it on the occasional WNW, but never stop. No convenience store but they have a really nice bar/cafe. Craigio grabbed a coke & I visited with the owner's daughter, her mom did all the artwork which she admitted needed some freshening up. This is a pit stop towards the end of the ToDR. So the route had a bunch of dirt sections, obviously, with total mileage back to Meadowlark being 83. A person could do the full route or just jet back to Lincoln from Cortland for more like 65 for the day.
Oh yeah! Stickin' it to the man...
Later,

TK
